水下焊接技术的研究进展

    Research Progress of Underwater Welding Technology

    • 摘要: 随着核电、海洋工程发展的不断发展和深海资源的进一步开发,水下焊接技术的重要性愈显突出。归纳总结了国内外水下爆炸焊接、水下搅拌摩擦焊接、水下湿法焊接、水下干法焊接、水下局部干法焊接技术的研究进展;阐述了不同水下焊接方法的优缺点及适用领域;介绍了水下焊接设备研究单位已经开展的初步应用以及未来水下焊接技术的发展方向,为水下焊接技术的进一步应用奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: With the development of nuclear power, marine engineering and development of deep-sea resources, the importance of underwater welding technology has become more and more prominent. The research progress of underwater explosion welding, underwater friction stir welding, underwater wet welding, underwater dry welding, and underwater local dry welding technology in China and abroad were summarized. The advantages, disadvantages and applicable fields of different underwater welding methods were expounded. The preliminary application of underwater welding equipment research units and the development direction of future underwater welding technology were introduced, which can lay a foundation for the further application of underwater welding technology.
