不同驱动参量的金属材料疲劳裂纹扩展速率模型综述

    Review on Model of Fatigue Crack Propagation Rate for Metallic Materials Based on Different Driving Parameters

    • 摘要: 疲劳裂纹扩展速率da/dN是金属材料进行损伤容限设计时用到的一项重要力学性能指标,其获得并不直接依赖于裂纹扩展的驱动参量,这为采用不同驱动参量表征da/dN提供了可能性。本文分别介绍了以裂纹尖端应力强度因子范围ΔK、能量释放率变化范围ΔGJ积分变化范围ΔJ、张开位移变化范围Δδ、塑性区变化范围Δr、裂纹前缘附近应变范围ΔεT等为疲劳裂纹扩展驱动参量的裂纹扩展速率模型及应用,为研究疲劳裂纹扩展规律时不同驱动参量的选择提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Fatigue crack propagation rate da/dN is an important mechanical index for damage tolerance design of metallic materials, and it does not directly rely on its driving parameter, which provides probability to characterize da/dN with different driving parameters. Some models of fatigue crack propagation rate based on different driving parameters and their applications were introduced. The driving parameters include stress intensity factor range ΔK, energy release rate range ΔG, J integration range ΔJ, opening displacement range Δδ, plastic area range Δr at the crack tip and strain rangeΔεT near the crack front. The results provide references for selection of different driving parameters on study of fatigue crack propagation.
