石墨烯增强铝基复合材料制备方法及效果研究进展

    Research Progress on Preparation Methods and Effects of Graphene-Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites

    • 摘要: 石墨烯具有优异的力学性能、热学性能和导电性能,被认为是复合材料理想的增强相,石墨烯用于增强铝基复合材料具有巨大的研究和应用价值。首先介绍了石墨烯增强铝基复合材料强韧化机理研究情况,综述了液态法、固态法和增材制造等石墨烯/铝复合材料制备技术的研究进展,分析了各制备技术中石墨烯分散方法、效果和成型工艺特点,最后对石墨烯增强铝基复合材料的发展趋势进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Graphene has excellent mechanical properties, thermal properties and electrical conductivity, and is considered to be an ideal reinforcement phase for composite materials. Graphene used to strengthen aluminum matrix composites has great research and application value. The research on the strengthening and toughening mechanism of graphene-reinforced aluminum-matrix composites was first introduced, and the research progress on the preparation technology of graphene/aluminum composites such as liquid method, solid method and additive manufacturing was reviewed.The dispersion method, effect and forming process characteristics of each preparation technology were analyzed. Finally, the development trend of graphene-reinforced aluminum-matrix composites was prospected.
