湿热海洋环境下舰炮装备铝合金铸件腐蚀失效行为研究

    Study on Corrosion Failure Behavior of Aluminum Alloy Castings under Hot and Humid Ocean Environment

    • 摘要: 针对湿热海洋环境条件下舰炮装备铝合金构件使用时出现的防护性问题,采用模拟海洋环境工况耦合试验方法对其腐蚀行为进行研究,利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等方法对铝合金断口形貌、腐蚀形貌及组织形貌等进行分析,利用能谱分析方法对腐蚀区域及断口表面元素成分进行分析。结果表明,ZL205A模拟件的裂纹在晶间腐蚀区域萌生,并在腐蚀及应力耦合作用下不断延伸、扩展,最终导致铸铝合金构件开裂,ZL205A铸铝合金的腐蚀类型为应力腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at protective problem of aluminum alloy ship and gun equipment component used in the case of hot and humid marine environment conditions, the corrosion behavior was studied using the imitated marine environment coupling test method, the aluminum alloy fracture morphologies, corrosion morphologies and microstructure morphologies were analyzed using SEM and OM, the corrosion area and fracture surface element component were analyzed using energy spectrum analysis method.The results show that the cracks of ZL205A imitated parts originate in the intercrystalline corrosion area, and continuously extend and expand under the coupling action of corrosion and stress, which finally leads to the cracking of casting aluminum alloy parts.The corrosion type of ZL205A casting aluminum alloy is stress corrosion.
