Abstract:
Copper/aluminum bimetal composite combines the advantages of copper in high electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity and lightweight of aluminum, and it has high cost performance, which is widely used in new energy,mobile communication, submarine cables and automobiles and other fields. In the process of copper/aluminum bimetal composite, the key problem lies in the regulation of copper/aluminum interface. The preparation process such as solid-solid,solid-liquid and liquid-liquid composite processes, interface processing process and performance optimization of copper/aluminum bimetal composite materials were summarized, and the research directions and hotspots of copper/aluminum bimetal composites were given.
