船舶激光-电弧复合焊接技术的研究进展

    • 摘要: 建设海洋强国战略的加速推进,对船舶建造提出了更高要求。激光-电弧复合焊接作为新型焊接技术,将激光焊接与电弧焊接有机结合,具有焊接效率高、焊后变形小、适用范围广、智能集成化高等优势,被逐渐在船舶与海洋工程领域推广应用。回顾了激光-电弧复合焊接技术的发展过程及研究现状,阐述了激光-电弧复合焊接机理,介绍了船舶激光-电弧复合焊接的主要类型及船舶建造工程化应用的现状,分析了其在船舶建造的应用优势和不足,探讨其未来的发展趋势和研究方向,以期为激光-电弧复合焊接技术在船舶工业制造领域的应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: The acceleration of the strategy for developing a strong maritime country has set higher standards for ship construction. Laser-arc hybrid welding, as an innovative welding technique, laser welding with arc welding was integrated. It possesses the advantages of high welding efficiency, minimal post-weld deformation, a broad scope of application, and a high degree of intelligent integration, and is gradually being promoted and applied in the fields of shipbuilding and ocean engineering. The development and current research status of laser-arc hybrid welding technology were reviewed, the mechanism of laser-arc hybrid welding was elucidated, and the main types of marine laser-arc hybrid welding as well as the current state of its engineering application in shipbuilding were outlined. The advantages and limitations of its application in shipbuilding were analyzed, the future development trends and research directions were discussed, which aims to provide references for the application of laser-arc hybrid welding technology in the field of shipbuilding industry.
