激光清洗技术专利的研究进展及热点分析

    Research Progress and Hot Spot Analysis of Laser Cleaning Technology Patents

    • 摘要: 近年来,伴随绿色低碳发展的全球共识,环保高效的激光清洗技术得到广泛关注。为了解全球激光清洗技术的研究现状与趋势,基于专利数据关联与聚类分析,从技术申请趋势、国家/地区分布、研发机构及产业链布局、研究热点等角度全面揭示全球激光清洗技术的研究进展。研究发现,美国、日本、德国是重要的技术来源国,中国虽起步较晚但已经迎头赶上,并处于全球领先地位;韩国、俄罗斯、澳大利亚等属于中国激光清洗专利布局的空白市场;光源侧及装备侧激光企业均十分注重在激光清洗技术领域的专利布局;研究热点集中于激光除锈设备及方法、便携式激光清洗装置、激光清洗过程工艺、集成式激光清洗装置等几个方面。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, with the global consensus on green and low-carbon development, environmentally friendly and efficient laser cleaning technology has received widespread attention. In order to understand the current research status and trends of global laser cleaning technology, based on the patent data correlation and cluster analysis, the research progress of global laser cleaning technology was comprehensively revealed from the perspectives of technology application trends,country/regional distribution, R&D institutions and industrial chain layout and research hotspots. The researches show that the United States, Japan and Germany are important sources of the technology, while China starts relatively late but catches up and is in a global leading position; South Korea, Russia, Australia and other countries belong to the blank market of China’s laser cleaning patent layout; both the light source side and the equipment side laser companies attach great importance to the patent layout in the field of laser cleaning technology; research hotspots focus on laser rust removal equipment and methods,portable laser cleaning devices, laser cleaning process technology and integrated laser cleaning devices.
