辊子错位对板坯鼓肚变形的影响分析

    Analysis of Effect of Roller Misalignment on Slab Bulge Deformation

    • 摘要: 由于连铸机辊列中的辊子在加工和安装时无法避免地产生误差,或者在长期运行后发生的变形与磨损,导致其偏离原位置而产生错位,这对板坯鼓肚变形产生较大影响。首先,建立板坯凝固传热模型,以得到板坯冷却过程中坯壳的生长。其次,基于高温蠕变原理建立了板坯与辊子间的三维热-力耦合模型,以研究辊子错位对板坯鼓肚变形的具体影响。此外,在考虑辊子错位情况下研究辊间距对板坯鼓肚变形的影响。结果表明:辊子错位对板坯鼓肚变形产生较大影响,错位量越大,板坯鼓肚变形量越大。而且随着辊间距的减小,辊子错位对板坯鼓肚变形的影响不断增加。

       

      Abstract: As the rolls in the roll column of the continuous casting machine cannot be avoided to produce errors in processing and installation, or the deformation and wear that occurs after a long period of operation, leading to its deviation from the original position and misalignment, which has a greater impact on the slab bulge deformation. Firstly, a slab solidification heat transfer model was established to get the growth of the slab shell during the cooling process. Secondly,based on the principle of high-temperature creep, a three-dimensional heat-force coupling model was established between the slab and the rollers to study the specific effect of roller misalignment on slab bulge deformation. In addition, the effect of roll spacing on slab bulge deformation was investigated under the consideration of roll misalignment. The results show that the roll misalignment has a greater impact on the slab bulge deformation, and the larger the amount of misalignment, the larger the slab bulge deformation. With the reduction of roller spacing, roller misalignment on the impact of slab bulge deformation continues to increase.
