大尺寸涡轮铸件工艺仿真设计及验证

    Simulation Design and Verification of Casting Process of Large-Size Turbine Castings

    • 摘要: 涡轮是增压器上具有复杂曲面结构的高速旋转部件,质量要求高。采用ProCAST软件对大尺寸涡轮铸造工艺进行了仿真设计,实现了涡轮铸件铸造工艺的优化,并结合生产实际开展了细晶工艺研究,生产出组织、性能和尺寸精度满足要求的大尺寸涡轮铸件。

       

      Abstract: The turbine is a high-speed rotating component with a complex curved surface structure on the supercharger, and it has high quality requirements. ProCAST software was used to simulate the large-size turbine casting process, which realized the optimization of the turbine casting process.The research on the fine-grained process was carried out by combing with the actual production, and the large-size turbine castings meeting the requirements in structure, performance and dimensional accuracy were produced.
