基于温度场测量的铸坯火焰切割预热点位置设定方法

    Setting of Preheating Spot Position of Cast Billet Flame Cutting Based on Temperature Field Measurement

    • 摘要: 铸坯火焰切割的关键一步是对铸坯边缘(即预热点位置)进行预热,然而铸坯在输送过程中由于运动产生边缘位置横向偏移,使火焰切割预热点位置偏离设定值,导致切割失败。提出一种基于温度场测量的铸坯边缘和预热点位置检测方法,针对输送轨道上的待切割铸坯,在火焰切割设备的铸坯输送前方安装检测装置,利用测量的铸坯温度场信息结合图像处理算法检测出铸坯边缘位置。并根据铸坯的切割方式计算火焰切割的预热点位置,为铸坯火焰切割的顺利进行提供关键技术保障。现场试验表明,该方法的检测误差在1 mm内,满足火焰切割生产工艺需求,实现了铸坯火焰切割的全自动化操作。

       

      Abstract: The key step in billet flame cutting is to preheat the billet edge, i.e., the preheat point position. The billet is transported in such a way that the edge position is laterally shifted due to the movement, causing the flame cutting preheat point position to deviate from the set value and leading to cutting failure. A method for detecting the edge and preheat point position of billet based on temperature field measurement was proposed, and a detection device was installed in the front of the flame cutting equipment on the conveying track, and the measured billet temperature field information combined with image processing algorithm were used to detect the billet edge position, and the preheat point position of flame cutting was calculated according to the cutting mode of the billet, so as to provide a key technical guarantee for the smooth flame cutting of billet. The field test shows that the detection error of the method is within 1 mm, which can meet the requirements of flame cutting production process and realize the fully automatic operation of billet flame cutting.
