焊后热处理温度对L360管道环焊接头残余应力及性能的影响

    Influence of Post-weld Heat Treatment Temperature on Residual Stress and Property of Ring Welded Joints of L360 Pipeline

    • 摘要: 采用钻孔应变法测试了不同焊后热处理状态下L360管道环焊接头的残余应力,并对各状态下环焊接头进行了拉伸试验、硬度测试试验及微观组织分析。结果表明:550~670℃范围内的热处理可以显著改善环焊接头的残余应力,当热处理温度为610℃时,轴向及环向应力明显下降,环向残余拉应力相比焊态降低74.5%;热处理后L360环焊接头显微硬度相比焊态虽略有下降,但硬度分布更加均匀,且热影响区的软化问题得到改善;热处理会使得L360环焊接头抗拉强度有小幅下降,但不会影响原有接头的强度匹配关系。

       

      Abstract: The residual stress of the girth welded joints of L360 pipeline under different post-weld heat treatment conditions was measured by hole drilling strain-gauge method, and the tensile test, hardness test and microstructure analysis were carried out for the girth welded joints under different conditions. The results show that the residual stress of the girth welded joint can be significantly improved by heat treatment in 550-670 ℃. The axial and circumferential stresses decrease significantly, and the circumferential residual tensile stress decreases by 74.5% compared with that of the welded joint. After heat treatment, the hardness of L360 girth welded joint decreases slightly, but the hardness distribution is more uniform and the softening problem of heat affected zone is improved. The heat treatment can reduce the tensile strength of L360 girth welded joint slightly, but it will not affect the original strength match relationship.
