双相高熵合金的研究进展

    Research Progress of Dual-phase High Entropy Alloys

    • 摘要: 高熵合金因其独特的组织结构和性能引起了广泛关注,但单相固溶体结构的高熵合金很难兼具高强度和良好塑性的综合性能。双相高熵合金由于不同相结构的力学优势及变形过程中相之间的相互作用,有望实现高强度和良好塑性的综合力学性能,目前已成为高熵合金研究领域的一大热点。概述了双相高熵合金的成分设计准则,列举了共晶型、非晶型、析出强化型以及亚稳态型等四种常见双相高熵合金的组织结构和性能特点,总结了元素变化及热处理工艺对双相高熵合金的组织和性能的影响,并展望了双相高熵合金的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: High entropy alloys have attracted much attention because of their unique structure and properties. However, it is difficult for high entropy alloys with single-phase solid solution structure to combine the comprehensive performance of high strength and good plasticity. Dual-phase high entropy alloys are expected to realize the comprehensive mechanical properties of high strength and good plasticity due to the mechanical advantages of different phase structures and the interactions between the phases during deformation, which has become a major hotspot in the research field of high entropy alloys. It outlined the compositional design guidelines for dual-phase high entropy alloys, listed the structure and performance characteristics of four common dual-phase high entropy alloys, such as eutectic, amorphous, precipitation-strengthened and metastable types, the effects of elemental variations and heat-treatment processes on the microstructure and performance of dual-phase high entropy alloys were summarized, and the development trend of dual-phase high entropy alloys was prospected.
