镍基高温合金的研究进展及发展趋势

    Research Progress and Development Trend of Nickel-based Superalloys

    • 摘要: 随着航空航天、装备制造业、核电工业等领域的迅猛发展,对高温合金的需求日益增长,并提出了更加苛刻的性能要求。镍基高温合金因其拥有较高的高温强度,优异的抗氧化、抗疲劳和耐腐蚀等综合性能而备受青睐。对镍基高温合金进行了详细概述,介绍了镍基高温合金的发展历程和主要应用领域,阐述了镍基高温合金中的常见相及强化机制,综述了镍基高温合金返回料和热处理工艺的研究现状,指出了当前研究存在的问题,最后展望了镍基高温合金未来的发展趋势。

       

      Abstract: With the rapid development of aerospace, equipment manufacturing, nuclear power industry and other fields,the demand for superalloys is increasingly growing, and more stringent performance requirements are put forward. Nickel-based superalloys are highly favored due to their high temperature strength, excellent comprehensive performance in antioxidation, antifatigue and corrosion resistance. A detailed overview of nickel-based superalloys was given, the development history and main application fields of nickel-based superalloys were introduced, the common phases and strengthening mechanisms in nickel-based superalloys were expounded, the research status of the return material and heat treatment process of nickel-based superalloys were reviewed, and the existing problems in the current research were pointed out, and finally, the future development trend of nickel-based superalloys was looked forward to.
