    Application of DOE in Improving Mechanical Properties of Nuclear-grade Cast Iron Alloys

    • 摘要: 为提高核级铸铁合金的力学性能,在六西格玛DMAIC质量改善流程框架内,将化学成分配比识别为影响铸铁合金力学性能的关键因素。借助Minitab分析软件,运用实验设计方法,确定了科学的化学成分配比方案。结果表明:通过模型挑选制定的成分配比方案,有效提高了铸铁合金的材料力学性能,制造出了符合用户要求的铸铁合金产品,达到了预期的改善目标。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the mechanical properties of nuclear-grade cast iron alloys, within the framework of the Six Sigma DMAIC quality improvement process, the chemical composition ratio was identified as a key factor affecting the mechanical properties of cast iron alloys. Through the use of Minitab analysis software and the design of experiment methods,a scientific chemical composition control scheme was determined. The results show that the composition control scheme developed through model selection effectively improves the mechanical properties of the cast iron alloy material, resulting in the production of a cast iron alloy product that meets user requirements and achieves the expected improvement goals.
