铝合金摩擦塞补焊研究进展

    Research Progress of Friction Plug Welding of Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 随着我国宇航领域的发展,传统手工TIG焊应用广泛,但受限于焊接效率低以及热输入过大的缺点,已无法满足航天产品的质量要求。摩擦塞补焊由于具有焊接速度快、环境适用范围广、一次成型工序简单等优点,常被用于特殊领域装备的焊接缺陷修补。总结了塞补焊的基本原理、工艺过程、接头力学性能以及国内外研究现状,并详细介绍了塞补焊的技术特点、工艺方法以及焊接设备等方面。

       

      Abstract: With the development of China's aerospace field, the traditional manual TIG welding is widely used, but limited by the low welding efficiency and the shortcomings of excessive heat input, which can not meet the quality requirements of aerospace products. Friction plug welding is commonly used in welding defect repair of special field equipment due to the advantages of fast welding speed, wide range of environment, one-time molding and simple process. The basic principle, process, mechanical properties and the current status of Chinese and foreign research of plug welding were mainly summarized, and the technical characteristics, process methods and welding equipment were introduced in detail.
