Abstract:
The research progress of the corrosion behavior of titanium alloy welded joints under different working conditions was reviewed. The performance changes of the welded joints under different welding techniques and different corrosion environments were analyzed, and the influencing factors of the corrosion behavior of titanium alloy welded joints were discussed. The marine environment, chemical environment, high temperature and heat treatment conditions were analyzed and summarized. At present, the research on the corrosion behavior of titanium alloy welded joints is slightly insufficient, and there are some technical gaps in the corrosion protection of welded joints. Finally, the future research direction was proposed, aiming to provide scientific basis and technical support for the design, manufacture and application of titanium alloy welded structures.
