V形金属密封环GH4169材料的摩擦磨损性能研究

    Study on Friction and Wear Performance of V-shaped Metal Sealing Ring GH4169 Material

    • 摘要: 对汽车排气系统V形金属密封环材料进行确定并研究干摩擦条件下材料的摩擦磨损性能。基于Archard磨损理论,在ANSYS中对多种材料进行摩擦磨损仿真,确定GH4169作为密封材料。采用Retc-5000型摩擦磨损试验机对GH4169在不同载荷、转速下进行摩擦磨损试验,利用SEM/EDS对磨痕形貌等进行相关分析。结果表明:不同试验条件下均出现氧化磨损;载荷为10 N时,转速为100 r/min下主要为磨粒磨损,转速为150 r/min参数下主要为轻微粘着磨损;载荷为12 N时,转速为100 r/min下磨粒磨损加剧并有一定程度的粘着磨损,转速为150 r/min下主要为粘着磨损并有轻微的磨粒磨损。

       

      Abstract: The material for V-shaped metal sealing rings for automotive exhaust systems was determined and the friction and wear properties of the materials under dry friction conditions were studied. Based on the Archard wear theory, friction and wear simulation of various materials was carried out in ANSYS, and GH4169 was identified as the sealing material. The Retc-5000 friction and wear tester was used to test the friction and wear of GH4169 under different loads and rotational speeds, and the SEM/EDS was used to correlate analyze the morphology of the wear marks. The results show that oxidized wear is observed in all of them under different experimental conditions. At a load of 10 N, abrasive wear is predominant at the 100 r/min parameter and minor adhesive wear is predominant at 150 r/min parameter. At a load of 12 N, the abrasive wear increases, accompanied by a certain degree of adhesive wear at 100 r/min parameter, and it is mainly adhesive wear with slight abrasive wear at 150 r/min parameter.
