轴承钢铸坯组织夹杂物和偏析控制研究进展

    Research Progress of Inclusions and Segregation Control in Bearing Steel Slab

    • 摘要: 轴承钢主要用于制造滚珠、滚柱和轴承套圈,要求轴承钢具有高硬度、高耐磨性、低弹性模量以及良好的耐腐蚀性和疲劳寿命。轴承钢中夹杂物和成分偏析对于产品的疲劳寿命影响显著。介绍了轴承钢的分类、合金元素的作用,概述了轴承钢凝固组织的影响因素,分析了脱氧剂与夹杂物类型和分布的关系,讨论了减轻偏析的技术手段,以及稀土在轴承钢中的作用,指出了我国轴承钢冶金质量控制的发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Bearing steels are mainly used to make balls, rollers and bearing rings. Bearing steels need to have high hardness, high wear resistance, low elastic modulus, good corrosion resistance and fatigue life. The inclusions and composition segregation in bearing steels have a significant impact on the fatigue life of products. The classification of bearing steels, the action of alloying elements were introduced, the influencing factors of solidification structure of bearing steels were summarized, and the relationship between deoxidizer and inclusion type and distribution was analyzed. The technical means to reduce segregation, and the role of rare earth in bearing steels were discussed, and the development direction of metallurgical quality control of bearing steels in China was pointed out.
