船板带钢残余应力控制研究与应用

    Research and Application of Residual Stress Control of Ship Plate Strip Steel

    • 摘要: 采用裂纹柔度法(CCM),测定了船板带钢头、中、尾部热轧态及回火态的残余应力分布。结果表明:实验带钢残余应力数值最高出现在中部;带钢卷取时相变不同步导致了边浪或残余应力增加;经过回火处理后,带钢头、中、尾部残余应力水平均得到明显改善,热轧带钢残余应力分散度是影响残余应力改善度的重要原因;实验钢回火后抗翘曲及抗侧弯能力提高,加工和使用过程中的畸变风险降低。

       

      Abstract: The crack compliance method was employed to measure the residual stress distribution in the head, middle and tail of the ship plate strip in both hot-rolled and tempered states. The results indicate that the highest residual stress values are found in the middle of the strip. The uneven phase transformation during strip rolling lead to edge waves or increased residual stress. After tempering, the residual stress levels in the head, middle and tail of the strip are significantly improved. The scatter of the residual stress in the hot-rolled strip is an important factor influencing the improvement of residual stress. The anti-warping and anti-bending capabilities of the strip steel are enhanced after tempering, and the risk of the distortion during processing and use is reduced.
