固溶与时效对S51740不锈钢力学性能影响的研究

    • 摘要: 研究了固溶和时效对S51740不锈钢组织转变及力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶和时效处理后的S51740不锈钢组织主要为回火马氏体、δ-铁素体以及从马氏体基体上析出的第二相。在时效温度为480℃时,随着固溶温度的升高,δ-铁素体逐渐增加,其强度和韧性逐渐提高,其中在1070℃固溶时达到最高;当固溶温度继续提高,其强度及韧性均出现下降,其中韧性下降明显。试样在1070℃固溶处理后时效,随着时效温度升高,δ-铁素体未发生变化,而第二相逐渐增加并聚集长大,其强度逐渐降低,韧性逐渐升高,当在640℃时效时,强度继续下降,而韧性继续升高。

       

      Abstract: The effects of solution and aging on the microstructure transformation and mechanical properties of S51740 stainless steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure of S51740 stainless steel after solution and aging treatment is mainly tempered martensite, δ-ferrite and the second phase precipitated from martensite matrix. When the aging temperature is 480 ℃, the δ-ferrite increases gradually with the increase of solution temperature, and its strength and toughness increase gradually, and they reach the highest at 1070 ℃. When the solution temperature continues to increase, its strength and toughness decrease, and the toughness decreases obviously. The sample is aged after solution treatment at 1070 ℃. With the aging temperature increasing, the δ-ferrite does not change, while the second phase gradually increases and accumulates, its strength gradually decreases, and the toughness gradually increases. At 640 ℃, the strength continues to decrease while the toughness continues to increase.
