铝合金T型圆管接头激光焊接应力数值分析

    Stress Numerical Analysis of Laser Welding of Aluminum Alloy T-circular Pipe Joints

    • 摘要: 建立了2A12铝合金T型圆管接头电弧与激光焊接应力数值模型,讨论了其温度场、应力场与应变场时空演变规律,获得形变与残余应力分布规律。发现激光焊接由于更快的焊接速度与更小的加热面积产生更低的热输入,激光焊接相较于电弧焊接具有更低的残余应力最大值与更小的高残余应力分布面积,进而获得更低的形变,其中横向形变和沿焊缝方向挠曲形变分别减小了71.60%与57.92%。

       

      Abstract: The numerical models of 2A12 aluminum alloy T-circular pipe joints with arc and laser welding stresses were established, the temporal and spatial evolution of its temperature, stress and strain fields were discussed, and the deformation and residual stress distribution law was obtained. It is found that laser welding produces lower heat input due to faster welding speed and smaller heating area, and laser welding has lower maximum residual stress and smaller high residual stress distribution area compared with arc welding, which results in lower deformation, in which the transverse deformation and flexural deformation in the weld direction are reduced by 71.60% and 57.92%, respectively.
