SiCp增强铝基复合材料微弧氧化层的制备及性能研究

    Study on Preparation and Properties of Micro-arc Oxidation Film on SiCp Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composite

    • 摘要: 对SiCp增强铝基复合材料进行微弧氧化和封孔处理,对膜层的厚度、粗糙度、表面微观形貌、相组成和耐盐雾腐蚀性能进行检测分析,研究了电参数和封闭处理对微弧氧化膜层微观形貌和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:微弧氧化膜层主要由α-Al2O3和γ-Al2O3相组成,当膜层厚度为30~40μm时,粗糙度可以控制在2.12μm以下。粗糙度最佳的电参数为频率1000 Hz、占空比30%、电流密度1 A/dm2。封孔处理可以大幅提高SiCp增强铝基复合材料微弧氧化膜层的耐蚀性。

       

      Abstract: The micro-arc oxidation and pore sealing treatment of SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix composite was carried out. The thickness, roughness, surface morphology, phase composition and salt spray corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxidation film were tested. The effects of electrical parameters and sealing treatment on the microscopic morphology and corrosion resistance of the micro-arc oxide film layer were studied. The results show that the MAO coating is mainly composed of α-Al2O3 phase and γ-Al2O3 phase. When the thickness of the film is 30-40 μm, the roughness can be controlled below 2.12 μm; the electrical parameters with the best roughness are frequency of 1000 Hz, duty cycle of 30% and current density of 1 A/dm~2. Sealing treatment can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation layer of the SiCp reinforced aluminum matrix composite.
