SiCp/Al复合材料激光焊接技术研究进展

    Research Progress on Laser Welding Technology of SiCp/Al Composite

    • 摘要: SiCp/Al复合材料因其优良性能被广泛应用于航空航天领域,但由于Si C增强相与铝基体的热物性差异,在激光焊接过程中易产生焊接缺陷和增强相偏聚等问题从而影响接头质量。综述了直接激光焊接工艺、能场辅助激光焊接和界面原位反应激光焊接等技术研究进展。

       

      Abstract: SiCp/Al composites are widely used in the aerospace field due to their excellent properties, but due to the difference in thermolhysical properties between Si C reinforcement and aluminum matrix, problems such as welding defects and reinforcement phase segregation are likely to occur, which can affect the quality of the welded joint. The research progress of direct laser welding, field-assisted laser welding and interfacial in-situ reaction laser welding was reviewed.
