铜/铝钎焊的钎料研究现状

    Research Status of Brazing Filler Metals for Cu/Al Brazing

    • 摘要: 随着异种金属复合结构件的应用日益广泛,实现铜/铝异种金属的高质量焊接对推动经济化和轻量化发展具有重要意义。 钎焊因具有热输入少、材料兼容性高以及焊件热变形小等优点,在异种金属材料焊接领域有着较好的应用前景。在铜/铝异种金属钎焊特点的分析基础上,综述了Al-Si系、Sn-Zn系和Zn-Al系钎料在铜/铝异种金属连接应用中的优势、局限性及最新的研究进展,介绍了合金化和添加稀土元素这两种调控方式对钎料和铜/铝钎焊接头在微观组织和力学性能上的影响与作用机理,归纳总结了研究中出现的问题及解决办法,并对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: With the increasingly widespread application of dissimilar metal composite structural components, achieving high-quality welding of Cu/Al dissimilar metals is of great significance for economic and lightweight development in the indus trial field. Due to its advantages of low heat input, high material compatibility, and small thermal deformation of welded parts, brazing has a good application prospect in the field of dissimilar metal material welding. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Cu/Al dissimilar metal brazing, the advantages, limitations, and latest research progress of Al-Si, Sn-Zn, and Zn-Al brazing filler metals in the application of Cu/Al dissimilar metal connections were reviewed. The effects and mechanisms of alloying and adding rare earth elements on the microstructure and mechanical properties of brazing filler metals and Cu/Al brazed joints were introduced. The problems and solutions encountered in the future research were summarized, and the research direction in the field was prospected.
