刀剪用马氏体不锈钢的研究现状与发展趋势

    Research Status and Development Trends of Martensitic Stainless Steels for Knives and Scissors

    • 摘要: 本文系统梳理了刀剪用马氏体不锈钢的钢材牌号、材料成分及热处理工艺。针对刀剪工具对切割性能、防腐性能的核心需求,综述了近年来通过优化热处理工艺、控制碳化物形态、开发高氮马氏体不锈钢和应用表面处理技术等手段来提升材料综合性能的研究进展。同时,总结了马氏体不锈钢的抗菌功能化改性方法。最后,展望了刀剪用马氏体不锈钢的发展趋势,提出有价值的探索方向。

       

      Abstract: The current steel grades, material compositions, and heat treatment processes of martensitic stainless steels used in knives an scissors were reviewed systematically. Focusing on the core requirements of cutting performance and corrosion resistance for cutting tools, recent research advances in enhancing comprehensive material properties through optimizing heat treatment processes, controlling carbide morphology, developing high-nitrogen martensitic stainless steels, and applying surface treatment technologies were summarized. Additionally, the methods for antibacterial functionalization of martensitic stainless steels were summarized. Finally, the development trend of martensitic stainless steels for knives and scissors was prospected, and valuable exploration directions were proposed.
