海洋环境下树脂基复合材料构件防护涂层研究现状

    Research Status of Protective Coatings for Polymer Matrix Composite Material Components under Marine Environment

    • 摘要: 海洋环境是最苛刻的自然环境,新型树脂基复合材料以其优异的综合性能在海洋工程装备领域具有极高的应用潜力,但树脂基复合材料的腐蚀、老化和污染是影响其使用效能的主要难题。涂层防护是一种经济有效、切合实际的方案。阐述了海洋环境下各影响因子对树脂基复合材料失效的作用机理,并从耐腐蚀、耐老化、防污方面总结了海洋环境下树脂基复合材料表面防护涂层的防护机理和研究现状。

       

      Abstract: The marine environment is the most harsh natural environment. The new type polymer matrix composites have extremely high application potential in the field of marine engineering equipment due to their excellent comprehensive performance. However, the corrosion, aging and pollution of polymer matrix composites are the main challenges affecting their effectiveness. Coating protection is an economically effective and practical solution. The mechanism of various influencing factors on the failure of polymer matrix composites in marine environment was elaborated, and the protection mechanism and research status of their surface protective coatings from the aspects of corrosion resistance, aging resistance and anti-fouling were summarized.
