航空发动机用陶瓷基复合材料连接技术研究进展

    Research Progress on Joining Technology of Ceramic Matrix Composites for Aerospace Engines

    • 摘要: 航空发动机技术的不断发展对高温结构材料提出了日益苛刻的要求,陶瓷基复合材料因其优异的高温性能、低密度和良好的抗蠕变能力,已成为新一代航空发动机热端部件的关键材料之一。然而,受限于复杂形状的大尺寸陶瓷基构件直接成型工艺的局限和异质材料组合实现结构功能一体化需求,其连接技术成为实现其工程化应用的核心挑战。对应的分析了陶瓷基复合材料机械连接与焊接技术的特点与挑战,重点讨论了陶瓷基复合材料在连接工程中存在的问题及工艺解决措施。最后,从优化探索新工艺和新技术等方面对陶瓷基复合材料的连接技术做进一步展望。

       

      Abstract: The continuous advancement of aero-engine technology has placed increasingly stringent demands on high-temperature structural materials. Ceramic matrix composites(CMCs) have become one of the key materials for hot-section components in next-generation aero-engines, owing to their excellent high-temperature performance, low density,and remarkable creep resistance. However, the engineering application of CMCs faces a core challenge in joining technology,constrained by the limitations of direct forming processes for large-scale CMCs with complex geometries and the requirement for structural-functional integration through heterogeneous material combinations. The characteristics and challenges of mechanical joining and welding techniques for CMCs were analyzed, and the problems and process measures of ceramic matrix composites in connection technology were discussed. Finally, the connection technology of ceramic matrix composites was further discussed from the aspects of optimization, exploration of new process and new technologies.
