K424铸造镍基高温合金高频脉冲氩弧焊技术研究

    Study on High Frequency Pulse Argon Arc Welding Technology of K424 Cast Nickel Base Superalloy

    • 摘要: 针对高Al、Ti含量难熔焊的K424铸造镍基高温合金,开展高频脉冲氩弧焊技术研究。采用高频脉冲氩弧焊对K424铸造镍基高温合金进行焊接。借助金相显微镜观察焊接区域的微观组织形貌与特征;利用维氏硬度仪和万能伺服试验机分别检测焊接接头的硬度分布和拉伸性能;通过电子万能试验机对比测试了焊接接头的疲劳性能,使用扫描电镜对断口形貌及疲劳裂纹扩展路径进行了表征,并评价其疲劳寿命。结果表明,焊缝区域未发现裂纹、气孔、未焊透、夹渣等焊接缺陷。接头的室温抗拉强度可达母材的90.2%,其中,热影响区为整个接头的薄弱区域。因此,经高频脉冲氩弧焊焊接的K424铸造镍基高温合金,焊缝成形良好,接头表现出良好的抗拉强度,但其疲劳性能有所降低,且降低幅度随应力增大而加剧。

       

      Abstract: The high-frequency pulsed argon arc welding technology for cast K424 nickel-based superalloy with high Al and Ti contents was studied, and the microstructure, mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the welded joints were analyzed. Cast K424 nickel-based superalloy specimens were welded by high frequency pulse argon arc welding. The microstructure and morphological characteristics of the welded zone were observed by metallographic microscope. The hardness distribution and tensile properties of the welded joints were tested by Vickers hardness tester and universal servo testing machine. The fatigue properties of the welded joints were tested on electronic universal testing machine. The fracture morphology and fatigue crack propagation path were characterized by scanning electron microscope, and the fatigue life was evaluated. Results show that no welding defects such as cracks, pores, incomplete penetration and slag inclusion are found in the weld area. The room-temperature tensile strength of the joint can reach 90.2% of the base metal, and the heat-affected zone is the weak area of the whole joint. For cast K424 nickel-base superalloy welded by high frequency pulse argon arc welding has good weld formation and good tensile strength, but its fatigue performance is reduced, and the degree of deterioration intensifies with increasing stress.
