Study Progress of Properties of High-Strength Non-oriented Electrical Steel

The performance requirements and influencing factors of high-strength non-oriented silicon steel were described.Through theoretical analysis, strengthening mechanism analysis and analysis of influence law of chemical elements, according to the research results of high-strength non-oriented silicon steel production process in recent years, the effective ways to improve magnetic induction and reduce iron loss and improve mechanical properties were summarized. Combined with the actual process steps, the parameters in hot rolling were analyzed in detail, the influence law of each process and the basis of setting process parameters were analyzed. Aiming at the development status and existing problems of non-oriented silicon steel, the research idea of developing new technology was put forward.
