Research on Domestic Application of High Temperature Brazing Filter Material and Flux for Motor Rotor Brazing

In order to localize high-temperature brazing filler material and flux for brazing of a locomotive traction motor squirrel-cage rotor end ring and conducting bar, the melting range of the imported and domestic brazing fillers was analyzed by using comprehensive thermal analyzer, the spreadability of different fluxes and wetting behavior of the brazing fillers were analyzed by using high temperature wetting furnace.The medium frequency induction brazing test verification of the end ring and conducting bar was carried out, and the tensile properties of the brazing joints were tested.It is determined that the domestic filler metal BAg30CuZn is used to replace the imported filler metal BAg-20 and the domestic brazing flux QJ109 is used to replace the imported brazing flux FB3-G, which can meet the technological and design requirements, and realizes the localization.
